Students who do not consider themselves to be traditionally academic and may not have had positive experiences of education are supported on this course. Many have achieved academic work they would not have imagined themselves capable of.

“I look back at where I started and now see where I am. I am honestly astounded with, not only the job I am doing, but with the knowledge and learning that I have gained. This is now so deeply engrained into me, that it is second nature. The tutors and fellow students have supported me and taught me in a way I never thought was possible. I am so grateful and have made friends, and now colleagues, who I can contact whenever. Not bad for someone who got expelled at 15 with no qualifications!”
